GreenRoutes es una plataforma de logística de carga que permite publicar y coordinar envíos, optimizar la carga y la rentabilidad de cada ruta con un enfoque en reducir las emisiones de carbono en general en toda la ciudad. Este proyecto se desarrolla con el apoyo de las Naciones Unidas, la Ciudad de Bogotá y por un consorcio de empresas internacionales con experiencia en la construcción de plataformas logísticas avanzadas, la optimización de rutas y el seguimiento de vehículos y activos físicos. La solución está diseñada específicamente para Bogotá y se lanzará este año con representantes locales especializados en integración e implementación de sistemas.

GreenRoutes está diseñado para todos los actores del sector de transporte de mercancías, incluidos los remitentes, las empresas de transporte, los conductores y los destinatarios.

A través de la aplicación GreenRoutes:

• Los remitentes y empresas de transporte podrán organizar sus entregas diarias y semanales de manera óptima.
• Los horarios de los conductores se mostrarán claramente y serán accesibles para los remitentes y destinatarios.
• Las empresas de transporte pueden obtener una visión global de la actividad de sus vehículos.

GreenRoutes: a freight logistics platform to coordinate freight shipments, optimise the loading and profitability of each route and reduce carbon emissions across the city

GreenRoutes is a freight logistics platform for finding and coordinating truck shipments, for optimizing the load and profitability of each route, and for reducing overall carbon emissions across the city. GreenRoutes is developed with support from the United Nations and the City of Bogota by a consortium of international companies experienced in building advanced logistics platforms, optimizing routes, and tracking vehicles and physical assets. GreenRoutes is designed specifically for Bogotá and will be launching this year with local representatives specialized in system integration and implementation.

GreenRoutes is designed for all stakeholders in freight transportation, including shippers, transportation companies, drivers, and receivers.

Through the GreenRoutes app:

• Shippers and transportation companies will be able to organize their daily and weekly deliveries in an optimal manner.
• Drivers’ schedules will be clearly displayed and accessible for shippers and receivers.
